Each piece is handmade, and while I do have certain items already in stock, most pieces are made to order.  This means that at times, there could possibly be a 1 to 3 week turn around time. I work extremely hard to get orders out as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your new beauties!

Returns + Exchanges

Feel free to contact me within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your product & I will be more than happy to exchange it for you.  If you have requested a special, customized order, I unfortunately will not be able to exchange those.

As life goes, sometimes, things go wrong.  If for some reason your product is defective or breaks, contact me within 14 days from the day you receive it, and I will be happy to replace your item or create something new for you.
